Aiste & Joel are students of life and have been fortunate enough to travel in all four directions and have been apprenticed to many traditional peoples of knowledge from different cultures of the world, from the Vedic wisdom of India and Siberia, Tibetan and traditional Chinese medicine, European herbalism, African herbalism and the global shamanic cornucopia and plant medicines of South and North America.

Combined, they have over 35 years of personal and professional experience in integral practices of wellbeing and transformation, including multiple modalities of wild food, regenerative cleansing, astrology, yoga, breathwork, ceremony, meditation, sacred sound and other holistic movement and personal development practices.

Besides running multiple wellbeing businesses, a school, and writing a book, they have been expertly guiding groups and individuals in various transformational settings for over 20 years. Joel & Aiste now share all this wealth of knowledge and presence within the coherent transformational mentorship approach called Paradise ParadigmTM - which is a immediate and simple way of stepping into an inspired, empowered life of joy, thriving and legacy on all levels.

Their inter-disciplinary training brings a wealth of knowledge and a sense of all-inclusivity, playfulness, ease and integration of varying

(complementary, although at times seemingly contradictory) approaches to unravelling our potential and thriving.

ROOT to HEAVEN

Nicole Adriana Casanova is of Taino descent and a devoted student of Maestro Manuel Rufino, the Universal Initiatic College and the Intertribal Tradition. She is a servant to the Earth, the Great Spirit and Humanity. Nicole has been studying, practicing and teaching different traditional health, wisdom, and healing modalities for over 15 years, offering transformational workshops, training, and retreats all over the world. Nicole is the Creator of Words As Prayer Oracle Deck and Author of Forces of Nature (2025). In 2020, Nicole founded Root to Heaven, a 501(c)3 organization that has planted almost 100,000,000s of trees and plants across 2 continents and many nations. Root to Heaven is Nicole's prayer for the Sacred Waters of the Earth and all of her public and private healing work supports her mission to help rehabilitate ecosystems all over the world.

Woven Visions

Ixchel Prisma is a student and initiate of the intertribal path. She has been guiding healing work for 10 years and is a life-long musician. She has traveled the world

studying with traditional healing practitioners and

learning cultural arts practices. Ixchel's intention in

carrying this healing work forward is to bring the full

spectrum vibration of the “Rainbow People” to the

global community: honoring and carrying the

foundation of the many ancient lineages, while

incorporating practices and energies that are both relatable and applicable in the modern world. She is an

initiate of the sacred herbs and elements, a trained sound healing practitioner, a songwriter, artist and a mother. It is with deep reverence and honor that she

walks this path of leadership and service.

Alyona & Sheian are students of the Earth, initiates, walking in reverence of

Great Spirit & Nature.

They are on a joyful mission to uplift humanity through healing, happiness

and harmony using the ancient practices of the sacred traditions of humanity.

They both have a yoga background, 25 years together. Alyona, a student + teacher of alignment based Hatha Vinyasa, pranayama and Sheian a student/teacher of Kundalini, breathwork and Wiimhof. Currently Alyona is a lead teacher on a 500 hour yoga training and sharing weekly classes in London. Sheian is and entrepreneur creating O’rise while writing a book on meditations after having won awards from the UK government for most Innovative Health Program. They both work privately with a group of people that are deeply committed to

transformation and daily practice.

Jerry has been deeply walking the path of dharma and meditation for 16 years and has been a student of the shamanic traditions for over 12 years, undergoing intensive initiations under the guidance of various Native elders, guided by his teacher, Taino elder, Maestro Manuel Rufino. He is a member of the sound meditation ensemble, Dream Seed, and has traveled to over 30 countries on five continents, spending a year studying Buddhism and traditional Himalayan culture in India, Nepal, and Bhutan from 2010-2011.
